12/1987	Jointly established MOL Group and Thai investors
10/1988	CFS license was granted by the Customs Dept.
11/1988	Warehouse operation has been permitted by The Ministry of Commerce.
4/1996	The Ministry of Industrial permitted to operate cool rooms for cold storage.
7/2002	Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (Thailand) and the existing directors of TIMCO has purchased all the shares of TIMCO.
12/2004	Decreased number of shares from 620,000 to 310,000 shares with the same capital and decreased the amount of capital respectively
1/2005	Repaid all the bank loan.
8/2005	Invested in new Microsoft WMS software, NAVISION, to operate standard warehouse procedures as a professional logistic and distribution center.
5/2006	Renew an address follow to the district office announcement.
10/2006	New electric folk lift was purchased for warehouse operations.
12/2006	The first tent warehouse for additional storage area.
2/2007	Completion of office renovation with its new named signboard, 20th anniversary ceremony was held.In addition,the Company install other another one generator for cover risk in client's cool room and interfacing service system.
